I have been to boot camp
It's supposed to make you feel better
We did stairs work out. Running and going up side ways.Lol

I feels like I have done the splits.

I was in the Navy for almost 8 years, first command was joint, I was part of the auxiliary security force that was headed by the Marines.....Yeah I do know what it is....
