I found my happy place tonight.

Back to a beautiful date I had with an amazingly sweet and wonderful man.

It helped me tremendously this evening.

I plan on going back there every time I feel like I am being overwhelmed again.

It will take time for me to find the sleep but it too will come.

I'll see if I can find it when I go back to town again.
