It's pretty difficult, when the person next to you is telling you to relax, while you're choking. Hello, I couldn't catch my breath. So relaxing isn't an option. And it carried on for a whole ten minutes.
Tired, hungry and my head is plugged up. Go from hot, humid summer weather straight to early spring chilly damp weather again. Oh yeah, it's allergy season too.

Crashed and burned HARD last night. I have a vague recollection of bringing home Carl's Jr. for the kids and passing out on my bed. Feeling much better this morning and looking forward to Yoga class.
