1. how weird it is to hear my mom called 'my stepmother'. my step brother and step sisters never called her that before.

2. trying to think of a graceful way to be elsewhere. too much noise drivingme crazy. my brother and step brother holding a loud conversation in English (my step brother losing his hearing), my mom and step sister having a different conversation in Spanish. the tv going in the background.
making me antsy
