I can lift heavy things all day.... without a problem... but this.... what throws my back out or pinches my nerve.. is when I just over extend my reach... for something simple... like a garden spade... every freaking time... I can work and lift like a mule all day.... but i overstepped my reach... for my cup of coffee... bang go.. out goes my back.... it used to happen to my dad when I was younger..... his back would go out. I would make fun.... boy I wish I did not make fun of him now... I did not realize how painful it . truly is..
