Its cold and snowing here but still was a great day that put me good spirits. Spent the day in the mall with my cadets promoting the poppy campaign and people were very generous in donating to help our Veterans.

Tired .. just got home from the pub .. had wanted to go home early, then heard the police was doing an alcohol check on the roundabout. Great .. I had been drinking 2,5 bottles of beer.. So I stayed in the pub for another 2 hours, sang a few songs on the small stage .. Took a detour home to skip the roundabout .. and made it without having to do a drunkometer BJ

feeling stressed....worried.....uncertain.....useless......sad.....what a crappy week.....and there's more to come
