Crazy Glue (cyanoacrylate), can fix most anything. Including working as a temporary stitching for gaping wounds to curb blood loss.

I would first, using a slide rule and a torque wrench discover through experimentation what conditions did Humpty experience prior to the unfortunate incident and what, if anything had made the outcome likely.
I would then blame it on an assistant and ask the cleaner to pick it up, along with the results of all my experimentation and put them in the bin.
