Its not our eyes that see the soul though. Our eyes are only physical, so its only natural for them to recognize physical beauty. Our mind is spiritual though, thus able to recognize the beauty of the soul.

Yes that is very true for some that is why I always look at a persons eyes first for there is the key to the soul

The eyes tell more than the tongue. I always told my ex I just listen to her body when she would ask how I knew her so well. It was her eyes that told me she loved, but was afraid, they also told me how much she tried to work her issues out, they told me she left before her tongue even had a chance.

The eyes and body speak more than the tongue. When you listen beyond words, especially to the eyes, you learn more about a person.

indeed, to judge based upon the "body" be one of the greatest deceptions possible in humankind...

as the "body" invoke emotions that can easily mislead as to the true soul or intent of another...

hence why so many have been "duped" down through time by "hot women" and "hot guys"...

empires have been brought down by "men" falling for the allure of the female body...

and the same for many women falling for the body of a man...

but to sea the actual soul, and no deceit can remain hidden or unknown.

The eyes may see.. But they merely relay a stimulus to the brain . It is the brain that interprets a vision or perception. Are you suggesting we all have lobotomy 's too.. Laughing .. Just kidding of course .. :-)

Not really .. without this we probably wouldn't exist as a species anymore .. We need(ed) our senses, including vision, to determine if someone was a good match to produce healthy offspring with..
Attraction is still mostly based on that ..

Plus getting the hots for someone is not 100% based on body, but more someone's behaviour, how he/she carries him/herself. Some really hot ppl aren't physically all that perfect at all.

As for the OP, I think true love is mostly based on a soul connection.. and yes, eyes are very important!

one could only ever declare such if it knew all the lies ever told that came from faces deemed as kind unlying faces, that it self believed, and that has not yet been revealed to you or any in the world...

deception possible be the key words...

not deception in all cases...

but you follow your beliefs for you no doubts...

certainly not trying to infringe upon your choices in any way.
