what do people gain from raining on other people's parade? everyone is wired differently so emotions are not going to be the same across the board. some people like country music (well one or two at the most) and the rest of the world likes rock, but that doesn't mean country music should be banned. this thread was drama free, let's keep it that way. there are political threads to argue on. this is just a fun thread to post stupid stuff and say, gosh darn, i can't believe the world was this screwed up. glad things are better.

Same goes for the man law thread.

the wonderful thing about the mingle forums is that you don't have to post on threads you don't like. heck, once you realize the topic is not your cup of tea, you don't ever have to click on it again

haven't seen the man law thread for a while, but if I remember correctly, there were some funny posts from women as well.

a person confident in themself can laugh at the fun because it doesn't make them any less

babygirl, i appreciate what you are doing, but don't sweat it. some people like to mind their p's and q's and others color outside of the lines. i don't appeal to everyone, male and female, heck even some animals have issues with me, but i am me. those that enjoy me have a wonderful friend, those that don't have a friend from afar drinker

sometimes I laugh when I read comments.

I don't know why, but today I'm reminded of my older sister.
when we were somewhere in our teens it was noticeable that she was miss high and mighty.
she's older and my brother is younger.
my brother and I were outside doing yardwork. she waa supposed to be helping but was mostly just pretending to work.
my brother and I were telling perv jokes as siblings do.
she said ew you guys are so disgusting and flounced off in a huff.
only to go to our kitchen window to keep listening because she secretly thought the jokes funny.

she wanted to be part of the fun but didn't want to admit it.
still cracks me up today

for some time i have been posting vintage ads that i find strange to have been accepted by society. i doubt you will find any company willing to go with an ad like that today. you can talk about anything you want on this thread. the topic is simply about how long this thread can continue

it does matter to me who started this thread. she is a very dear friend of mine. since she is unable to post, i try to honor her by keeping this thread going

i have read several of your posts (on this and other threads) and i will continue to read them when you do post because i guarantee i guarantee that i truly believe you are not drama

(bulldog double guarantee - patent pending)
