I can't start a conversation for the life of me!! I feel like no one of any age is willing to respond.
Anyone else having that issuse.

I am well known for walking up to anybody and start talking, it is harder over the internet though. First thing is not to care about the response

Yeah... starting off a conversation thread with "I can't start a conversation!" is kind of self-defeating... But that doesn't stop any of us from responding!

If you are talking about starting a conversation through email on here...

1. Know that the person may not be active on the site
2. They may not be interested (add more info to profile and more pictures)
3. Have patience

Lastly, participate on forums, here is where the conversation starts.

I'm pretty sure attempting to initiate conversation is easier for most over the internet. Being rejected over the internet is also easier.

How you fill out your profile is the most important. 4 or more pics with a smile is attractive. Also not filling in general details suggests you have something to hide or your lazy.
Tell you later in a blurb about yourself is a turn off too.
Saying 'your beautiful' in a message is too common.

Introduce yourself, ask an observant question about them to show you have read their profile and that ought to kick off a chat. Be brief btw, no rambling.

Start out with a question, such as:
Have you ever had a first date in a prison visiting room?

Ruh roh Raggy! Ranyone rot a Scooby snack? Yum yum yum!
