A tad sad that I've watched all 3 lord of the ring movies. The grandeur of those movies... nothing much can beat that!

yes, I remember that feeling when I had my eyes lasered! Finally I could see the world! I had contacts for some 18 years, but not as good as having them lasered. Plus, for the first time in years, I could see properly as I opened my eyes in the morning, bliss!

But what I don't get ... you had pictures of you wearing glasses... and now you tell us this is the first time you have glasses? So who is the guy in your pictures?

Well... two days ago.. I saw a man outside my door (my front-door has safety glass in it). He was on his knees, right on my doorstep!
... I thought, "Yes, YES!! It is finally happening!" .. My breath sped up, heart racing.. as I was about to yank open the door to meet my lover, I realized he was only painting a strip of wood on the front-door.
... I'm still disappointed. Even more so, cos the paint-job isn't to write home about..
