Some people say to find a deep and sincere love; we have to find friendship first with a person. It's a good recipe;but not the only one existing.

For me; a potential love requires honesty, sincerity and interest and all these aspects are basic ingredients of friendship too. So; we can manage our love intentions and a real friendship at the same time

What do you think about this??

Thanks in advance for your comments

You don't have to find friendship first.
Honesty & integrity are extremely important.
But if you want this to last you will need friendship.

Most women want a man that is already established
A strong woman will be a part of his struggle, survive it,
succeed together and build a lasting relationship:smile:

Your Question seems to be like the Proverbial Puzzle About "which comes FIRST' the EGG or the HEN? " Can there be True love without Sincere Friendship being at the Core?
True Love MUST be built upon True Companionship, Friendship, Sincerity, and Respect:-)
Physical attraction is just one of the ingredients:-) But After the First Spark, there are many other considerations:-)
Whether it comes first or later, Friendship is a must if a relationship is to last:-)
Maybe I should say WHEN LOVE SAGS, FRIENDSHIP KEEPS THE RELATIONSHIP GOING:-)

Don't you love your friends also? Yes. It's all the same, except there are more boundaries with your friends. I'd want my love to share everything that my friendships have and more. Deeply and intensely with respect, honestly.....blah blah blah...please don't forget mind blowing sex. yup. bigsmile

hmm I don't know...

I find it kind of difficult to be just friends with a potential lover....and totally impossible to be lovers with just friends

and it is so much easier to say I love you to friends than to a lover...

pretty reverse, isn't it ? I'm sure I'm not the only one reverse though...

I think friendship can prove to be a bridge
when love ebbs and flows, as it can do.

If you really really like the person it can
get you through a lot.

To love alone, I think, is only part of the circle.

I totally agree with this, but just want to add, from my experiences and observation, you have to be careful not to get stuck in the "friend zone",that could be quite a mess!

Friends can be lovers , for me it's better to have relationship with your friend because you already know each other.

That's my experience also Watersign :-)...And as someone else said, friendship enhances or strengthens the circle...Without it love relationships can crash and burn when they might have pulled out of a nosedive if true friendship was involved...So even though I don't believe it's a necessary ingredient for falling in love, I do believe it's necessary for maintaing love long term...

idkkkk.
i've had the dubious honor of falling in love with a woman that as a person i absolutely detested once i got to know her. Love is a fickled emotion and sometimes Cupid's arrows are totally bent.
