Can we have a heart to heart in this thread? If you're in a relationship and someone is making you feel bad about yourself when they don't want to hear the truth about themselves, would you say it's time to reconsider that relationship? Red flags everywhere. They twist the truth to make you look like you're doing something wrong rather than rectify their own appalling behavior. Or they make a fool of themselves and turn around and tell you that you are an embarrassment.
