..... I'm an OK BBQ.er... what I lack is patience.. to slow cook ribs.... brisket..
. all those mouthwatering yummy.. cow and pig and chicken... parts..

. you will notice I did not say Mr.. rooster..lol.... although some of your lady friends will have to be sacrificed...lol..

it happens, but they always enjoy being consumed at least as much as i enjoy consuming them...
