This may seem a little silly to some.....but, how do you know if your eyes change shades of their color? no one has ever told me my eyes "look" different or have a different hue to them. And, I don't really look deeply into my own eyes in the mirror often.
Seriously, how do you know?

Mel with mine I have been told since I was little, then as I got older and I paid more attention pictures show it..And I will have people tell me I thought your eyes were.. and now they are...

Also my first husband always laughed at me when they would change since I could never hide anything from him...
My youngest sons goes from a slate gray to a glacier blue all the time

with me its when i cry my eyes go a piercing blue color, so i normally go to the mirror to wipe my eyes and mascara off my face and i saw then, and other people who have saw me cry told me as well.

I believe blue eyes have a tendency to reflect the color of the clothing one is wearing because of the lightness of the color. They can change to green to blue to gray, which is remarkable. I've seen it. Hazel can turn green in intense moments.

Hazel can also look brown or green in sunlight.

Some can.. that would be easier to control than the dang eyes telling on me...
See I thought with mine turning so much that I would get hazel at times and so far hasn't happened that I am aware of...

mine can also go on the gray side, but ive never saw them go green.

And no, I don't care about the colour of my partner's eyes. Blue is the most common as far as I know. Hazel would be interesting. Black too.
But I don't really care, although some ppl's eyes can be almost freakily piercing. Usually those are lighter blue or greenish. But as long as they hold the right tone of voice ... One that can make me quiver inside ... fine with me

Yes, I prefer she has an eye colour.

My eyes range from bright blue to blue grey, I am not sure why they change. It is comforting to realize others have the same thing.

some ppl with hazel eyes have lovely color spots..

My eye color changes dependent upon my mood and health, from hazel to dark blue. My X thought it was the coolest thing ever.
