a lot of people are here for relationships , not friendship
i know a lot will ignore a friend ship request if they have not spoken or do not know them from the forums

i myself am not in to guys so if i get a friendship request from a guy that i have no idea who he is first thing i think of is he wants me for a date

and i am not in to guys like that

or could be that the person is not online or busy

dont think it would be a ego thing

Sorry but like I posted somewhere else. each person that is on my friends list I actually chat with... At least 2x a week some daily. I don't add people I don't know.

I am in a relationship so all I do offer is friendship..
This takes time, I see so many that come out here thinking that they are going to find the love of their lives in a day or so it takes time and sometimes it still doesn't happen.

i laugh at the ones that try to use this sight like a fast food restaurant

While I can understand this thought process... I know, I am one that answers each one of my emails. Might take me some time because I am typing with one hand right now..Some just get tired of saying the same thing over and over..

My pet peeve is when I have it on my profile that I am in a relationship hell we have each other in our profile pictures..I say thanks, but have you read my profile. they come right back with I want to luv u..

I am pretty much open to friendships from a cross the globe and I have made some great ones out here. I am not looking to cheat nor will I.

And this is why our replying to, blocking people and putting in place email preferences started.....some people just don't know when to take a hint...

Many will get angry and abusive when they receive a, thank's but no thanks message.. I hear guys are especially bad about that.. No response is a response..

and 97 of those is from India...

or surrounding areas..

im ignorant then, because i haven't got the time to reply to between 60 to 80 messages a day, sometimes more.

my mailbox today stands at 139 messages, which i wont reply to.( unless they are friends and i haven't had chance to reply back yet)

if someone takes the time and writes a nice message, even if im not interested, i will write back and say thank you, but im not looking etc and all the best for the future.

i think the women get more messages than the men on here.

i don't think im ignorant, since i do reply, if they have made the effort even when im not interested.
