I sat in front of a hot chick in the train. She was texing on phone, but later sat with crossed legs and arms and looked out of the window. I cant tell if she was disturbed because i checked her out and she did not like me or she was mad , because i checked her out and did not start conversation.

I'm gonna agree with devildog. Most likely she didn't notice you. If you were watching her you probably would have noticed if she looked at you. Approaching women on the street can be dicey at best. Sometimes you can strike up a conversation if something happens that you can comment on, like a big bump or lights flickering or if it's very hot or cold, if she engages then you can go from there. If not just move on.

I hear this all the time..IF you are interested why in the bloody hell doesn't men pony up and say hello..

She doesn't want to be there, she isn't flattered, she is not looking for 'hot guys ' & wants to be left alone.
