How was the trip?

Well for ME the weather was perfect. I was in Anchorage (this was mainly the week of June 28 through July 3) and it was overcast in the mid 60's. It was raining so badly in Portage that we had to wait to see the glaciers until late in the week when it cleared up. But in Anchorage it wasn't raining and we rode bikes and went hiking a lot. Of course the only hard thing was trying to go to bed at night with all that freaky daylight!! I know I need to go there and experience a winter too, but I loved it so much I want to move there someday. And my sister wants me to move there too. Maybe one day....

How long have you lived there? Do you love it? What is Sitka like? One morning when I was watching the news up there the weather report came on and they mentioned Sitka. I suddenly said "hey I know that girl!"

It was fantastic! I didn't want to come home. Really. Except that I missed my kids and boyfriend.

In case of messages like that, I use one of my most favorite lines from a movie, " I am disinclined to acquiesce to your request at this time." That gets them every time.

I'm good, thank you :) Doing a course of Tibetan Lightwork workshops, had two so far. Absolutely amazing! Haven't done workshops for some 4-5 years, but I felt I really needed to do these!

OMG, babe! That's scary! I am always protecting you with my daily prayers of safety. Be careful on the road!!!

It's can indeed be used for healing, with Angel energy, time line healing, healing with Light dragons, clearing karma and family karma, working with crystals and the crystalline network, opening up the soul, etc. But it also helps raise your own vibration.
I've done a lot of energywork/workshops, but this is different somehow. Probably because I haven't got a ball and chain around me neck no more (my ex, very difficult relationship that dragged me down, making it difficult to maintain a higher energy).
The grounding technique of this method is quite astounding. You open Light crosses under your feet and in your body, start halos and open your Light wings. You can do this at 6 dimensional level, but also higher (own choice, and depending on what your system can handle).

Your workshop feels nice. September is a good time, harvest time, ripe fruits, nuts, the nice encompassing warmth of late summer.
