I just joined yesterday & the only things i can get to work is from members @ least 300 miles or more away. i clicked on every link that has anything to do with local people, & by local i mean @ least within 70 miles

some people get no responce at all
you can change your email settings

mail
the nal lthe way at the bottom
Limit who can send you mail
dont forget to press change preferences

It is a matter of luck, how many existing members are within those
mileage parameters.

Not sure what happened when you clicked on all those links?
Are you sure they were M2 links?

Anyhoo, welcome, the forums have the most active people it seems :-)
