Activists Crash Stage, Threaten Milo Yiannopoulos at DePaul
by Breitbart Tech24 May 2016

Milo Yiannopoulos’ event at DePaul University had to be cut short Tuesday night after protesters stormed the stage, blew whistles, grabbed the microphone out of the interviewer’s hand, and threatened to punch Yiannopoulos in the face.

Yiannopoulos attempted to continue the event, but protesters refused to leave the stage and the group of security guards (which DePaul forced both the organisers and Breitbart to pay for) refused to intervene.

The male ringleader continued to pace along the stage with his whistle, refusing to let Yiannopoulos speak for extended amounts of time, while the female ringleader forcibly snatched the microphone from the interviewer’s hand and shouted at Yiannopoulos just inches away from his face.

The male ringleader screamed “Feel the Bern” and chanted against Donald Trump, whilst the female ringleader chanted “Black Lives Matter”.

Responding to the amount of black female protesters who had turned up, Yiannopoulos hypothesized that it was because he had sex with their brothers.

“I give it 20 minutes”, announced Yiannopoulos. “The black incarceration rates are about to go up”.

The female ringleader also claimed that she had been silenced “for 200 years”, prompting Yiannopoulos to question how the supposed 200 year-old protester looked so young.

After an extended period of time, the crowd started to chant “Do your job” at security, who remained at the back of the venue for the entire event. When security refused to intervene, Yiannopoulos posed for pictures with fans in the audience, and ordered the crowd to follow him to the college president’s office.

“I suggest we walk to the president’s office and complain now. Let us go and express how you feel to the president about your safety”, he remarked.

After Milo and most of the crowd left in a march for the president’s office, a minor scuffle between protesters and fans occurred back by the stage. Black Lives Matter and Milo fans chanted against each other outside the venue, with Milo’s fans chanting “USA” and “Breitbart!”

Outside the event, mayhem continued, with Milo’s 550-strong audience clashing with a huge crowd of left-wing activists. One attendee, Matt Forney, was grabbed by activists as he attempted to film the march.

Yiannopoulos confirmed to his followers that he had not suffered harm and blasted the school’s security officers for their failure to intervene.

Appalling that @DePaulU security, which I paid for, refused to remove a man from stage who threatened to hit me.

I do miss the way the national guard use to deal
with university protestors.

It is time to return to civility & the law. No excuses, no allowances. no special treatment.
Consequences for our actions.

* This isn't the 1st time this happened to Milo. Him & a few others have filed a joint lawsuit *

He should roll with the punches. He's supposed to be a journalist. This is part of the job. I think alot of coddling is going on. I mean he's not always going to interview 1%ers all the time. Gut check boy.

wow, well that's too bad. I'm sure he saw the crowd. He could have tightened security. I'm not saying it was right, but he's in the bussiness, he's gotta deal.

Or, well, you know, the protesters could act like human beings instead of animals.
But hey, blame the bank for getting robbed because they kept money there laugh

Milo is a big boy, no one is crying for him, rather for the insane values of the BLM people.

There is some back story regarding the security and the event. Also, after the thug threatened Milo, Milo asked to have him removed but a group of cops refused to take action. Uni leadership had told them not to! Shameful

And he paid for protection that did nothing. *Related & separate issue*
So was he there for free? Probably.

If they didn't want to hear him, why go in?
Why prevent Free speech?
Because they are whiney brats, with control issues, (& want drama & 15 minutes of fame) & that can not cope outside of a bubble... (because they have never been outside).

This is NOT an isolated incident with Milo or any other speaker/lecturer. It has been happening across the country.

And the reality is.. Colleges are k@ssing a@s so that the students do not protest or carry on against them. It is giving into toddlers having a temper tantrum. Giving people what they want does NOT make them behave, or be better citizens or respect you.. You are just their doormat for other adults.

I am probably one of the most passive, easy going (ongoing years of therapy after Nam), non-racist guys in the world, but this is just rude idiocy!

If you want rights you must give them in return to have yours respected!

These people are doing more to harm their cause than the KKK could possibly hope to accomplish in the same amount of time or conditions.

I'll concede their right to protest, assemble, even burn the American flag, tho I'm 100% pi$$ed off they expect respect from the population living under the symbolism and protections of it!

One can only hope this is not the future of our next generation in our society.

Sadly, under our current occupant of our White House, the policies and agenda of this admin and its apologizer in chief who has created this divide to our society, the future does look sad.

He has created the need and desire for a Donald Trump as a symbol of the peoples angst against the direction DC has moved our country in.... even to the point of the left leaning liberals thinking a socialist might be acceptable for the highest office in our great country.

AMAZING!!!!

Too much govt, crony capitalism, ceding power and regulation to large corporations under the SCOTUS citizens united rule, the cradle to grave entitlements, lawless leadership, and the liberal misinterpretations and usurpation of powers unauthorized to the executive under our Constitution, have taken our rule of law and peoples rights to this level of disgust and depravity we now experience!

And Sassy..... please watch the size of your pictures. It screws with the window parameters

Yes, all of that, and they are also being brainwashed by various liberals studies classes. There are professors who entire reason for existing is to write and lecture about their opinions about the nature of racial problems. They usually have an agenda, and they are paid to conduct classes where some of them brainwash the kids to hate white people (in black studies) and to hate men (in women's studies).

I'm not a republican, and I know this is exactly the kind of paranoid thing that some crazy racist republicans have ranted about over the decades, but I've sat in on their classes, read their textbooks, discussed/debated with the students and teachers. Its absolutely shocking. Imagine white supremacists being paid to give lectures!

Anyway, these particular students have a teacher/mentor who inspired them to this:

http://twitter.com/drvcj Yesterday she tweeted words of support and solidarity with that horrible female activist - the one that danced on stage, took a swing at Milo, and called the intelligent black republican math major a 'white supremacist' (I think she deleted the tweets)
