Says this site is completely FREE. How come I have to pay to see who likes me or send a message? That's says it's only partially FREE.

Hmmm.. Site is free, I don't pay and I can send messages and receive messages. Only thing I can't do is see who likes me, and if they really liked me they would send a message so No big loss....Good luck.

You should be able to access all sections of the forums. If there is a section or sections of the forums you cannot access, it must be a glitch and you should report it under Help.
