I am thinking my slow smoked Pork shoulder is going to be wonderful..
My back yard smells so good.

I'm Thinking a proper host would invite us all to dinner...

Somehow I think by the time everyone got here it would be stale.

Gone nope there is 10 pounds of it. lol

But sure come over dinner tonight is

Smoked Pork shoulder
sauteed napa cabbage
and salad..

My house was always first come first serve...
And the proper blessing for the meal was "In the name of the father, son and holy ghost, the fastest eater gets the most"

I think I need to find me a plane ticket for dinner tonight!

I always keep room for dessert....looking at this variety pack of cheese cake...6 different types....yep, one for each day of the week, and one day of dessert rest .... Life is good...

I am thinking , if you did not have plans to go to your cottage this weekend, we could have hung out .its only been like six months, since we last did that!!! To sad!
