I understand having sessions taped is rather intimidating, I wouldn't like that much either, lol. But as long as I didn't have to watch them myself...
And let's face it, NOTHING is worse than a selfie taken with a phone. I don't know what these phone cameras do to someone's face, but whatever it is, it's horrible!

A wee bit under the weather, hopefully I'm not gonna go down!

Going up and down with the strong energies that are coming in at the mo.
Like most people, easily irritated, PO, ratty, emotional and whatnot.

Thank goodness I can manage to snap out of it with meditations and/or Abraham Hicks. Only to go down the roller coaster again. So lots of up and downy.

Hope it's going to end real soon, cos at this rate I don't know how much longer I can keep the cold virus at bay.

And apart from that, it's not a particularly fun ride either.
Set up my Christmas tree, not really giving a rat's @$$, feeling a bit irritated. Never had that happen before....

Got some great news 2 days ago, and today I finished my painting :) All that's needed now is my signature and then it's completely done!!

Really good. Got my 2nd trigger point injection this morning and my shoulder feels great.
