The forums in particular? If people do think the topics are boring my question would be "what exactly do you want to see here?" I'm not meaning to be snide but we all have the ability to start a topic or contribute to the topics already here.

I find Mingle2 amusing, which is why I keep coming back.

Yes, too many scammers now and not enough real people adding to the forums or even remotely interested in talking or building friendships, compared to just a year or 2 ago.

Folks seeking loss of boredom need to look inward as boredom comes from within and others cannot fill this void though many seek others to escape from their own lack of imagination, assertiveness, curiosity, and willingness to own ones own feelings of boredom, loneliness, anomie, frustration and a myriad of other emotions that feel uncomfortable addressing so are often denied projected or diffused elsewhere....

So "this" gets response?

Boring? I don't know. Not very helpful in finding my soul mate? Yeah, I'd say it hasn't been very helpful to me as far as my search for my desired woman is concerned. I'd say more lonely than boring as I have found some of the forum threads to be slightly entertaining. I have responded to some of them that I've found interesting, irritating or just something I felt a need to chime in on.

The boring ones bore it down.
The interesting ones make it worthwhile.

I think it is what you make it. If you participate in the forums, you may find out that it is a pretty cool place. If you are just waiting for the emails to come rolling in...then it could get boring.

If you don't see or find what you want to get here, that would make you feel boring, frustrated and disappointed what you contribute here in the forum is what you make out of Mingle2.
