I have no idea what point you are trying to make with this. No offense intended.

Most people who post such statements, are arriving at the scene (forum) with some recent or repeated incident stuck in their mind, which they assume everyone else knows about already, so they launch into some sort of accusation or admonition such as this, without any preparatory back story at all, and expect everyone else to fill in what they are too upset to explain.

You will get better results if you calm down and say what you want to be involved with.
