I am 64 years old and haven't been intimate with anyone in almost 20 years. I thought that part of life was over with. A year and a half ago I had valve replacement surgery on my heart. After recovering I noticed a keen growth in my libido. It seems my body is telling me it's time to get out of retirement. I never had much game, being an introverted person and getting back in is not easy. It never was and at 64 it's harder than ever.
