I had a dream every day starting at about age 15...years and years,
nearly every night...when I finally figured out what was causing
it, it went away immediately ;-)

Not really. I usually look up the meaning when I have a recurring dream.
Like I've been dreaming a number of times the cat I used to have returns home to me.
I looked up what dreaming about an animal means, specifically a cat. Then pulled cards to ask why I kept dreaming that.
Made perfect sense and answered my questions. It had nothing to do with him coming back.
