I live in nearby Malaysia but have never tried Filipino food before. What would you recommend?

steamed me up some rice noodles, then stir fried some sugar peas diced carrots corn fresh garlic in some salted chicken fat w/ some shrimp and a lil fish sauce and lightly tossed that into the rice noodles. and let stand to let the liquid to soak into the noodles. dint measure, just free handed everything.

Used to live in the far east and most my pals were Filipinos so, I had the opportunity to eat some tasty dishes with them (we were young and it would typically be their mother cooked the food)
