1 the democrats have pushed to give them drivers license. Then pushed to give them the right to vote if the have a driver's license.
2 the vice president has access to top secret documents but is not aloud to remove them from where they are stored. The president has the right to remove them and declassify them. Biden could've never in a million years had those documents legally.
What got Trump in trouble was they were bullying him just to mess with him and he bullied back. Trump had legal rights to those documents. My guess is they were looking to see what evidence Trump had against them and using this court case as leverage against him. Every case against him is a shame anyone paying attention can see that unless they're brainwashed

1) They pushed to allow immigrants provisional drivers licenses because immigrants were already working and driving cars, and drivers licenses enable them to get insurance so they don't ruin lives if they get into an accident.
1.a) The drivers licenses did not give them the right to vote, because the right to vote isn't determined by possession of a drivers license. It depends on citizenship and in some places whether the prospective voter's status in the penal system.
2) Nothing in EO 13526 saying the Vice President cannot handle, store or transmit classified documents. Don't know why you made that rule up.
What got Trump in trouble is that he held onto classified documents even after being asked for them, lying to NARA & the FBI about it, and obstructing the government from retrieving them. The coverup is usually worse than the crime.
The case against Trump is solid. Some of the evidence has already appeared in the news, like recordings of him soliciting crimes and photos of the classified document piles at Mar A Lago. There's a lot more evidence we don't see, and the prosecutors didn't have to work hard to make their case. Jack Smith has even dropped charges that exposed the most sensitive documents because he still has plenty to convict Trump without them.
Read the indictments and you'll see that the charges are written plainly, easy to understand, and backed up with plenty of evidence. If the cases were so shaky, then it's weird that defendants are lining up to testify against him.
Trump is toast.
