I really like this girl, but she goes to school at a university(all female school) 30 minutes away from me. I really want to go out with her, but is this too far in your opinion? I'm just wondering because I never really had a relationship that was further than 10 minutes. I should also say it's an easy ride that 19/20 miles I stay on the same road which is right next to my house.

I wanted people who have done this before. I've never dated someone further than 10 minutes. i wanted to see if it's worked for others. Personally I don't think it's too far, but I wanted the opinion of someone who experienced this. It takes 30 minutes because of lots of side streets and lights to the person who asked why..

Dude I've dated outta state... If you like her that much it shouldn't matter the distance or time it would take.

If YOU don't think it's too far for a relationship, that's what matters. Do your own thinking. Don't wait for someone else to tell you what to do. If you like her, a 30 minute drive should be nothing.

If I can drive 5.5 hours just to spend the weekend with her, there's no reason you can't drive 30 minutes.

Jeez, sometimes it takes longer than that for me to poop!

dude, i was planning on driving 3 hours to meet a girl.

It takes me 40 minutes to drive to work, and i sure as hell dont get a nice girl there.

I live in Texas...my woman works in China....if the love is real...time and distance become meaningless. But, if you don't give it a shot...you will never know if she was your one real chance at the love you really want.

If you have to ask us, do her a favor & tell her right now that she's not worth that much to you. It's better than leading her on. If you really want to be with her half an hour is NOTHING.
