And If I said what I was really feeling, this forum would turn very ugly fast, but of course, I'm not that kind of person. So, there yu go, a rant. I apologize, if you don't like it, but hey, I guess I was just looking for a friendly ear. oh well

There are no sorceresses here that I know of.

Well, she is a sorceress who was a teacher of mine, once upon a time. Him and her are not blood brother and sister, more like spiritual. Truth of the matter is, I don't care anymore about her beliefs or ideas. She kept telling me certian things of what I was suppose to do, all the while discrediting me behind my back and him. I don't have anything else to say about it. When I said I don't know how to address it, I wasn't asking for your help persay, I was simply voicing my concerns, maybe you are stronger than me and would keep such a matter to yourself, but I don't really hide from the world certian things I understand. There are many things I do though, but truth be told, I gave the woman more respect than she ever deserved from me and frankly speaking, I don't care anymore. And If I said what I was really feeling, this forum would turn very ugly fast, but of course, I'm not that kind of person. So, there yu go, a rant. I apologize, if you don't like it, but hey, I guess I was just looking for a friendly ear. oh well

So beware of flying witches in the limelight of the moon
when you're walking to your car from a night at the saloon
She'll swoop you up and take you home and you will gladly swoon
but when she gets you in her cauldron you'll be a babbling buffoon

That poem got me to thinking that many expressions that men have used to describe attractive women over the years have had a negative or threatening connotation to them.

"Knock out"

"Bombshell"

There are probably others but those are two off the top of my head. huh

I apologize to everyone if I was too upset the other day, I am doing my best to get recentered and back to a happy place. Thanks you all for your words. And I did not mention her name because i am sure someone would recognize it, considering she calls herself a goddess now. I wasn't trying to start trouble I was just stating the situation from my point of view. I just don't like cruel people out to ruin other peoples lives and that is all they live for all the while hiding behind good intentions. I am doing my best to just let this go for now. But like I said, I just don't like people like her who do stuff like that for whatever excuse she can come up with. LOL oh well, moving on now. By the way, I came here to learn about wiccan ideas and beliefs safely without someone watching my every move like vultures. Thanks ya'll for being so helpful. hugs flowerforyou

None of us are Wiccan but there are a lot of good books out there if you are interested in learning more. Im not saying that no Wiccans have ever responded to the thread but the main people that talk,

Are not Wiccans. One of us is able to answer any questions or steer you to a resource however. But like I mentioned earlier, these Pagan religions (there are many) do not proselytize or push beliefs on you or ask for conversion. Its all on you to pursue yourself and make that decision when and if the time ever feels right. flowerforyou

Thank you Krimsa, that is why I like it here, I like reading your posts so I can get a better Idea of where I will feel comfortable. I have to do my studies into these things discreetly because I still share my computer with someone who lives with me who is a hardcore deep catholic. Lets just say it has been more than hard to live with this person over the years and has made it extremely hard for me to find a place in a belief system that is more stable and more fitting to myself. I am taking it one day at a time right now, I don't expect miracles anytime soon, but I will find a place for me soon enough. hugs and best wishes, lilwick

The Invisible witch can never be seen
cuz the things that she does are so grossly obscene
She waits for a chap to become her cuisine
and treats every full moon like a fresh Halloween

She'll capture a saint and emerge him in sin
and cackle a laugh at his saintly chagrin
