The Humanatarian's Second Chance
Once upon a time there was a man who completed 15 years working as a humanatarian serving those who were less fortunate. He didn't have much time to worry about the wonders of the world, or what drives the universe to do what it does, or to even have the opportunity to understand how the internet works. He simply served selflessly those who were sick, unfortunate, or troubled for the joy of helping others.
It wasn't long until his last trip had suddenly changed his life, where guerilla rebels attacked the big truck with the red cross on it. A horrible feeling in the kneecap with the sudden sounds of shattered bones, and the awkward feeling of death and dizziness occurred giving a blurry vision, and confusion of "why me" paralyzed his mind into a shocked frenzy.
Fortunately, with the help of sudden adrenaline and the willpower to live, he helped himself with his partner escape the atrocity and make it back home safe to live the tale.
Unfortunately, it had ended his career as a humanatarian. He loved his job although it wasn't a glamorous one living in some of the harshest conditions at times, yet he learned a great deal about various cultures, lifestyles, and idealogies that had made him a humble and a grateful person.
It had taught him about a great many things such as how the corruption of superstitions can control the masses, as of greed and the thirst for power from some that can destroy people who only wish to live in peace.
And as the day ended, he understood his importance at the time to those who only worried about food and water, a warm blanket, or a deck of cards for entertainment. That lesson is that we as a people seek the same basic neccessities and answers one way or another.
Today he sits at the computer, for he can't stand on his leg for very long and now has the time to seek deeper meanings for some of the questions he asks, such as how some of the wonders evolved in this world, or what makes the universe to do what it does, or what are spirits or fairies, and why supernatural things happen, or to even have the opportunity to understand how the internet works.
Now that time is irrelevant in his life, he seeks answers from other likeminded individuals to add to his knowledge and seeker deeper meanings of life.
He occassionally gets a great answer if he throws a rare bean called a Jeanniebean on the table, or a magical miracle when he waves his fingers shouting abracadabra, or even a few laughters when he imagines the many invisible characters he creates in his mind, which confirms he is today a nutcase and is sent often to his room
I will let you figure out if this is a true story or not, but in the end I am sure there is a miracle somewhere left in this world yet to discover and ponder about. I am also sure there will always be a interesting subject that we as a people can mingle about.
