Jason Freaking Mraz! I was stoked I got to see him in Concert about a month ago.

Love his stuff...creative and I don't get bored after a few listens.

Probably all time favorite band is Fleetwood Mac in their many renditions...if you've never checked out some early blues based stuff (60's) you should...it's not what you'd expect if you know them from the 70's Stevie Nicks era.
