I don't see why an old woman should be kept alive with medication and what not if all she wants is to die.
Of her 3 daughters one wants to look after her and pamper her, but not for love of her mother but because of her own need to help.
No 2 wants her in a nursing home near her own place. Not because she loves her mother so much, but because her husband thinks she would be able to influence her as far as her will is concerned.
No 3 just wants it to be over for her as quick and easy as possible.
I'm the one in the family that is considered reasonable, and each one thinks I will take her side, which I don't.
I take No 3 anytime, and she is my mother, and I agree 100% with her, so I have to take the heat from the others.
This is going on for neigh on 2 years, and every time granny is worse the same battles are fought, and it gets at me every time.
