What do you think of Viking Metal? Kinda of a theatrical subgenre of Death/Black Metal or somethin. Love listening to them in my car before I go to work.

i think the godfather of all metal was bathory but i cant remember but i believe the black metal name came from venom.... but all the black metal bands take from bathory more than from venom!
