First of all, Peter and Gordon were far from a one hit wonder. They had a huge hit with this Del Shannon tune as well as several other hits including Lady Godiva and To Know You Is To Love You.

Furthermore, The Animals were one of the biggest bands of the 60's selling upwards of 30 million records. . They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame in 1994. They certainly were not a one hit wonder. Here's a listing of their bigger hits:

So ya click on one link to You Tube and listen to the song, and chase it around the web reading about the band and whatever. Oh, then you see the next song or similar song by another group and chase them around the web and before ya know it an hour is gone.
