i really do. i just finished surfing youtube videos of bands that no one likes anymore. one of which is my favorite - 'ocean size' by janes addiction.

i remember when music was awesome and i couldnt wait for new albums to be released like deftones self titled and offspring's americana. now all music seems to be now is either hip hop or fake emo-ish faux rock. it really makes me sad.

is it a sign of the times? am i just getting older? so much so that i have reached the point where i cannot enjoy music, but rather only focus on the negative aspects of it? knowing that there are a lot of older folks who use this site, when the music that i enjoyed was released, did you guys and gals hate it too? was it deemed fake and untalented as well? it wouldnt surprise me if you were to answer yes.
