I disagree.

There have been some excellent artists in the rap genre. Just like with all music there will always be crap. You have to sort out the worthwhile artists.

999 out of 1000 the term rap music is an oxymoron. The other 1 out of the 1000 is not worth listening to.

I personally find it kinda painful

but I have some appreciation for rap. It's basically poetry with a drum track and anything that will get people to listen to poetry is okay with me
