Anybody play any music?


I play guitar, bass, and lap steel (quite crappily). I've done so for over fifteen years now. I used to perform in the local music scene too (various clubs on the Sunset Strip, etc.) until the whole Karaoke craze started hitting back around the early nineties.

Someone told me that originally this was an artists colony site which makes sense given the skills of some of the long timers. Don't know if it is true but seems reasonable.

I have hardly picked up my guitar for a while myself. Its party due to lack of time, but also because my arthritis has gotten much worse and its difficult and painful.

I might have to borrow a guitar, that'd be a long way to bring one!

Ive played the guitar for over 30 years then took up the bass about 15 years ago.Played in a few bands.Last band was very popular in my area for about 7 years and we had the pleasure of being the opening act for some top bands.
