Here's why I don't consider most classic rock to be as " great " as some people think.
In a Gada Davida was actually a mistake.
The lead singer was so drunk in the studio that he simply couldn't sing the words that the guitar player ( or whoever it was ) had written.
A whole bunch of drugged up/drunk fans made it a massive hit.
I just can't get behind that.
all forms of metal are good...from classic to new. it is the true definition of the human mind.
I'm surprised nobody mentioned Deep Purple or Rainbow or Yngwie Malmsteen.
