Which cover songs do you like?

I'm currently listening to Sheryl Crow singing Sweet Child O Mine and I love it.

It is also my favorite cover.

I actually like the Dave Matthews Band cover of it better.

Dylan himself has said that Hendrix nailed it. The song could not be interpreted any better.

However, what appeals to our ears varies of course.

Well, that's the thing about music. You and I may listen to the same song and not feel the same about it. That's the great thing about music.. that it isn't the same for everyone.

I used to be a DJ and I'd have to go through all my old disks to find some of the other covers I had.

One more off the top of my head is Poison's cover of Cover Of the Rolling Stone

Trivium did a Metallica cover of Master of Puppets and I think the cover is better than the original.
