Even though it never detracts from the show... Bruce still has an incredible amount of energy.

No, I could not get tickets to the Garden shows and I will not go to stadium concerts any more. ohwell

Did you see that he is doing whole album concerts?? each night is a different album in its' entirety! some from the early albums! Darkness, Born to Run, Born in the USA

I heard.... Damn, I would love to hear Born To Run in its entirety. 35 years later and it still sounds great to me.

I've seen him perform all the songs on this album... absolutely pure MAGIC when he does Jungleland & Thunder Road

In the parking lot the visionaries dress in the latest rage
Inside the backstreet girls are dancing to the records that the D.J. plays
Lonely-hearted lovers struggle in dark corners
Desperate as the night moves on, just a look and a whisper, and they're gone

Beneath the city two hearts beat
Soul engines running through a night so tender
In a bedroom locked, in whispers of soft refusal, and then surrender
In the tunnels uptown, the Rat's own dream guns him down
As shots echo down them hallways in the night
No one watches, and the ambulance pulls away
Or as the girl shuts out the bedroom light

Outside the street's on fire in a real death waltz
Between flesh and what's fantasy and the poets down here
Don't write nothing at all, they just stand back and let it all be
And in the quick of the night they reach for their moment
And try to make an honest stand but they wind up wounded, not even dead
Tonight in Jungleland

Can't be as strange as The Who without Moon and Entwhistle! They wanted more than 200 bucks a ticket to see half a group! Minus possibly the best rhythm section in rock history...

That is one thing I love about Bruce. He really does keep the ticket prices within reason...

I actually considered going to see U2, but those f@ckers wanted 400+ bucks a ticket.

Yeah, at a stadium no less.... I hate stadium shows, but I possibly might have made an exception for them. I really do like the new CD... However, I saw them several times in the days when they were virtually unknown.

At this point the only group I'd make an exception for is Zep if they ever reunited. You know they'd only be playing the largest venues...

I love Darkness! Promised Land is another favorite track of mine.
