It also features some interesting mellotron bits, which is something Bowie didn't use very much....
I love the Bowie/Eno stuff (even the later collaborations like "Outside") -- Eno approaches the whole process from such a different angle than "real" musicians, i.e., Bowie, John Cale, Robert Fripp, etc. --
Eno did a book called "A Year With Swollen Appendices," a sort of diary-type thing, in which he talks about some of the interactions with Bowie. Interesting inside stuff.

I've heard that. Eno is my hero! Ever hear his " Bell Studies..," project? It's like, 26 different tape manipulations of church bells. It's beautiful. I love "3rd Uncle" from his "Tiger Mtn." Lp and ""Ambient 4-On Land"..."Music For Films" & " Before & After Science".
