So what was your first meal?? breakfast for 350... that's a lotta eggs!!

Yea...but I did it, see? I figured that they had recipes, right? So I looked into their computer. Told me everything I needed...all the ingredients...and it even modified the amounts depending on how many people I was cooking for, see? I figured...If I followed THAT, well...nobody could complain. Worked out great. Wound up cooking for 2 different hospitals over a 6 year time. Nobody ever complained.....

Of course...eventually I kinda' flipped out cuz' I had been suffering severe OCD for, like...20 years. I kinda' lost my mind after a bit.....

Ya' know... that's actually fuggin amazing, really. That takes talent, ambition, ballz, and imagination.

You should see army cooks... when I was in they didn't have the pastuized stuff... they waz breakin eggs... you screw up and you get to help 'em.
