I guess it's just that I've always been fascinated by the electronic stuff they do. I've got the "Minimum-Maximum" DVD which is one of their concerts, and it's really just 4 guys standing there with computers while a bunch of pictures and colors and things appear on the wall behind them. But I still like it.

But I'm a huge fan of the whole Bowie-Eno-Numan niches too, so I'm not mainstream enough for most people....

KISS is the worst piece of crap garage band in rock history...talentless and unoriginal hacks.

Honorable mention to George Thorogood for being a complete hackjob as well.

i do like bands such as 808 State who are comparable to Kraftwerk and some old industial bands like Front 242 or Bygod20 which also are similar but Kraftwerk i couldn't get into to them so much.Also those bands i mentioned make me so not mainstream either which to me is a good thing drinker
