Slipknot's debut album remains one of my all-time favorites.
The rest of their albums sucked, but nonetheless, Paul Grey will be missed.

I did enjoy their debut album, but yeah, everything else just about sucked. I'm still pissed about the day they all took their masks off...

No, they sold out with their album 'Iowa.' Their masks were what was most interesting about them really, they made them by themselves with different odd objects...after they removed them, well, I lost interest.
what seems most unfortunate about what u r saying is that it really should have been their music that kept ur interest...and apparently it wasn't ....
mu favorite musicians - I could care less about what they look like or silly gimmicks..
I did like their first album, everything after that was horrible though. So the only thing holding my interest after the first album was that they still wore their masks, which I thought was unique, then they took them off and I went over to Hollywood Undead.

hey- wasn't that whole mask thing originally to help them maintain their privacy so could like - go to Walmart....and not have a million screaming fans not chase into the bakery isle?????
Thanks, someone told me I should put it up here and I took her advice, hehe.
It was to maintain their privacy, but also so one member wouldn't get more hype than the other. Hence why the were all numbered as well.
