Who's your favorite late 80's or early 90's band, artist?
It’s crazy how the music from ones awkward high school days remains to be some of my favorite rock music. Grunge rock was the going thing for rock! The best Albums of that time came from Sound Garden, Smashing Pumkins, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and Alice in Chains. The Garage rock sound also became popular with Rage Against the Machine, Weezer, Toadies, and Local H. Interesting times, great music!
Late 80`s=Concrete Blonde (LOVE Johnette`s vocals)
90`s=Loved the grunge (was great, the look, even. worked perfect for me because I was too broke to buy pretty clothes, lol.)
Nine Inch Nails
Oh yeah! Nine inch nails r awesome!! I like the punk-rocker-grunge look myself. I love shopping at thrift stores so yeah, pretty clothes-ick. And smashing pumpkins, nirvana, GARBAGE, alice in chains, even old school greenday r all awesome. Bush and Cake. But deffinatley garbage and NIN
Shirley Manson is my idol! The look, the vocols, the hair, she rocks it all!!
More 80`s:
TSOL
Fear
Suicidal Tendencies
the Plasmatics
Lords of The New Church

I agree with those already listed- especially Concrete Blonde. Also like Pixies, Juliana Hatfield/Blake Babies, The Cranberries, Mary's Danish, Mudhoney, Tanya Donelly/Throwing Muses/Belly, Transvision Vamp, The Muffs, The Wonderstuff, The Pooh Sticks, Primus, Toad The Wet Sprocket, L7, Eleven...
I agree with The Cranberries but u can't forget Hole.
I can`t help being grossed out by Courtney Love, but I love the Hole songs that I`ve heard, lol. Strange? Maybe.

Hole was good, and I enjoyed Courtney Love in the 80's- she was great in the film Straight To Hell.
She's okay and Hole rocked.
