Every generation has their little 'crush'. My niece is a Bieber girl, my older niece loved Timberlake, my sister was into Back Street Boys, and before I discovered Kurt Cobain, I loved Donnie Wahlberg.

Welcome to reality. Before we get dirty-minded, we have to have our 'make-out' crush. The boy we wish we could kiss, because we have no idea what happens next.

The good thing about these mainstream, plastic and well, crap pop stars out there is that they make the good musicians and bands even better by comparision.

Why hate the Biebs? (1) hes a 16 y-o young girl who apparently is about to take over Rap and R&B = pop music in this century. Can't say it's just his fault. (2)He makes the same garbage as the other 5 people they play on the radio. Justin Bieber=Taylor Swift=Black Eyed Peas(the Fergie version)=Lil Wayne=me not listening anyway.

I have nothing against the kid, although he is a little androgynous. that's just his age. I'm kind of a fan of Curt on Glee. He's a tremendously talented singer and performer, but as swishy as can be. I just don't think Bieber is nearly that talented.

I was taught hate is a four letter word. Cant say I HATE anyone, especially anyone I never met.

I did , for the longest time, think he was extremely overrated. Based on his vocal skills(and he is marketed as a singer), I still believe he is overrated. I have discovered that he is quite the MUSICIAN and songwriter though and perhaps in those areas he deserves his accolades. He doesnt dance great, but much better than Curt on Glee.....lol

I can't hate someone whom I do not know, and as a Christian, I can't hate anyone except for Satan. I'm not a fan of his music.

However:

1. He is trying to spread a positive image.
2. He is able to laugh at himself, which is more than I can say for the super-sensitive music industry.

Don't like his music but I've seen him on talk shows and he seems like a cool kid. He seems to have a sense of humor and can laugh at himself. Nothing wrong with that.

You can tell by his facial bone structure that he is going to make one HOT male when he grows up....he is also multi-talented.

I dont hate on the beibs---Who doesnt love a great drummer anyways..
