It's pretty clear that the photos are probably of Wiener. Still to be explained - when was it taken? For what purpose was it taken? Did Weiner himself post it on Twitter for the Washington college student?

A little secret for you. My GF and I both have naked pictures of each other. These are just between the two of us. For nobody else but us. Hackers can do amazing things these days.
