BABY, WE'RE REALLY IN LOVE

Hank Williams...............hosting the NBC networked portion of the Grand Ole Opry, April 5, 1952..........he opens with this song, and the audience goes nuts, almost drowning him out........

"It's Grand Ole Opry time, starring tonight: Haaaaank Willlliiiiaaaammmmmms !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I CAN'T HELP IT (If I'm Still In Love With You)

Hank Williams...............hosting the NBC networked portion of the Grand Ole Opry, April 5, 1952

I love the way Hank introduces this song............while softly strumming his guitar, he says, "Friends.....this is a nice slow and easy kind of a song.......one that I wrote here a while back.......one I'm awful proud of........it's a little number that could happen to most anybody.........the title of it is........I Can't Help It.......if I'm still in love....with you...."

(Also the only known recording of him being backed by twin fiddles.)
